US Sanctions work you say?
All was good until it stopped being good. The US thought that they would sanction China to obedience, and... they overplayed. The chips sanctions ended in a nationwide rush to develop homegrown semiconductor production chains. Here we are a few moments later, and China is producing 7nm chips.
The US has poked the dragon, and the dragon has responded. Poking doesn't work. When will the US establishment figure that out? Washington has to get back to work. Real work. Not paper money work, sanctions, restrictions, threats. We need new factories and real jobs. High-tech jobs that produce high-tech equipment. These may be the last calls to the decision-makers in Washington. Soon China might gain such an advantage that it'll be too late.
If you find my work valuable here are some ways to support me.
