China and Brazil tighten cooperation

According to Reuters China will set up yuan clearing arrangements in Brazil.

This is yet another sign of the weakening of USA and its main geopolitical tool, the USD. China with its actions is entering the western hemisphere, the place where USA had full or partial control of the whole geopolitical spectrum. Now things start to change. How will Washington react?
